Anyone from NJ,NY or Pa riding this weekend?

I'm right on North Main at the edge of Hightstown. What part of Monroe? My firm is doing a bike/ped/trails mobility study for Monroe.

 

So where are we riding Saturday? I'm down to ride except I'll have the girlfriend on the back unless she sits home. So I'll probably only be able to ride for a few hours before(she'll be complaining the whole time) she starts complaining.

 

Can your girlfriend bring some of her friends? :biggrin: I will post details once I hear back from PoconoVFR. If we are lucky we can make this a Pa. ride, we just need to be able to keep with him

Well I am in if you are going to be gracious and be our guide, just tell me what time you want to meet and if you want to meet at the Guest area or your shop. Tires are ok, rider needs work

 

I'm still good to ride tomorrow however myself and Elwray will both have brand spankin new tires so for the first 100 miles or so we will need to take it easy. Also still not sure whether or not my girlfriend will be coming. If we pass a mall or something I can drop her off and pick her up a couple hours lately.

oh and my girlfriend has almost no attractive(if that matters) friends. Probably because I say threesome? to every hot girl we pass hahaha.

 

Hey I am in NYC and ride all year rain or shine. A few members of my Motorcycle Club and myself will be riding to Boston and Philly this weekend. Anyone interested let me know - PM me. Will be riding all winter as usual.

 

So let's make it 9:30 am Water Gap Welcome center. First exit in Pa west bound Rt. 80,last exit in Pa(last exit before toll dumbasses:crazyRt. 80 east bound. There's a Gulf nearby for food and fuel and we'll figure out where in the morning. I can keep you near the highway if any of you pussy's need to bail.:biggrin:

Plan on 200 miles give or take.

Pjm I promise to make it as scenic as possible for your lady.

I'm right near the Stone Museum... no pedestrians on that road, rarely a few bicyclists.

poconovfr, that sounds like a nice ride. I go hiking right there at Worthington State Forest pretty frequently. I may not be able to make that time though, my girl is staying over tonight and she doesn't like to get up early and will absolutely not ride on the back of the VFR. She'll reluctantly ride on the VTX with the sissy bar if I bother her enough about it though...

 

Right here I suggest one of two things..........

Tell her how nice it will be tomorrow and the ride would be meaningless without her and take the clumsy VTX,or......................bang her late into the morning leave a note and a red rose on the pillow and take the VFR.:biggrin:

Well it rained again last night:tsk:...pretty much stopping as I type.Roads will be wet for a while but it is warm out.Might be a nice day for the VTX.
