It's a pretty short (and nice) ride up HWY 1 for me but I did not go. My fiance and I shot up HWY 1 for some time in Monterey and were passed by lots of motorcycles- we were in her toyota. Cool seeing them shoot by us so fast it seemed like we were stopped. I have been before to Laguna Seca to watch WSB a few times and honestly it's blazingly hot there. And with the heat wave we're all experiencing, Laguna Seca I am sure was too hot for me!!

Aren't these temps crazy! We haven't turned off the central air in 2 days which is unheard of for us. We usually turn it on at 1 or 2 then off at 9pm. My wife is thinking the elec bill is gonna be crazy. You guys are even a couple degrees high up there in paso. I saw on the news than san luis hit 90 or more. you know they were whinin down there. they can't handle real weather. most of them don't have ac either.

    I haven't been to Laguna since 1998:pout:
I did take the time to see Nicky pull it off on the tube from home however. The Dr. really isn't producing on that Yamaha this year.
I wish I had more time to follow it all like I used to.
