Ok, been on & off here. Now I'm back after demise of VFRdiscussions. So sad, lost so much good content! I'll pick up where I left off with helping where I can. Some background intro, not sure If I did one earlier: - always been into tinkering with vehicles, import-cars in HS, lots of electrical upgrades, standalone ECUs, turbo upgrades, dyno-tuning, etc. - got myself new '86 VF500F out of high-school, really wanted VFR but couldn't afford it - got BA/BS in EE and ME - gifted myself '86 VFR750F for university graduation - started tuning shoppe specializing in Porsche upgrades: chip-mapping, programmable ECUs, turbo kits, dyno-tuning (even remotely) - did lots of trackdays, got into racing with WSMC back in '90s (VFR & CBR600) - moved back to SF Bay Area and more racing with AFM on CBR600 & Ninja 250 - moved to Mesa, AZ, racing with ASMA and CVMA, CBR1K & NSR250 - working as IT Director for tech start-up in S.F. Still do about 20 trackdays/yr on VFR for practice. Really miss AMP - Arizona Motorsports Park, such fun tight little track!
