    You're missing that those photos are not his bike, their ours trying to show the difference to his first photo.

    :surrender: The Internet is hard! lol

    My '98 shows only the top ring, but has been stated, it is more a function of the spacer than anything else.

    I have performed a COLD compression test - all 4 cylinders 95 PSi measured with a cheap AliExpress compression tester. Is this good?

    not ok. did you hold the throttle fully open while cranking, as you should ?? unless you get a minimum of about one-hundred twenty psi the bike wont be running strong.

    I did , but maybe the compression test with a cheap AliExpress tester don't give the real results. I say this because the bike runs great. At least for me.

    But it's 120 PSi a minimum value for a Cold compression test?

    I know , but it was left here from a friend , so I decided to test just for curiosity. But yes , maybe the results are wrong , measured with garbage.

    The fact that they are all the same probably means you are just not getting a good reading or the gage sucks.

    If it runs good, doesn't smoke on startup or going down the road when warmed up...

    Who cares? Ride the fuck out of it.

    Tomorrow will be a busy morning ;

    Wheels to powder coating ( Black)

    Parts to powder coating

    Fairings going to paint , but depending the professional appreciation , will keep this color or paint back to stock red. If he tells me that if doesn't need to paint all and save some fairings I will keep this color and save some money.

    It's from a yamaha R1 . The previous owner said that it was needed to cut the top a bit so it can fit it.

    Nice, that explains the silver looking cooling fins, I don't know why the "F" my profile shows Germany. Was there not too long ago for vacation and posted some stuff, now the website is like a dog with a bone. My rebound clicker was touching the side panel, I had to make an adjustment recently as I had the shock overhauled. Peace - its a Belgium flag, funny

    you really need to get busy with a thin knife blade or exacto and straighten out the badly bent fins on the oil cooler. it takes patience and alot of time, but your cooler isnt working right when its bent like that...... or find a used replacement cuz yours is in terrible condition.
