Especially if the board is over 68yrs old. I love going threw the community with the new pipe on the bike and seeing the faces. I have been here 10yrs and do not go to the annual meetings due to work. I would be as polite as I could, but would shock them if I attended. They even took out the diving board on the pool due to being a threat to the community that is elderly (aka insurance). Bastards. Who wants a pool if you cannot dive. OLD PEOPLE! ;-)

I had not noticed that you had part of your response within my post so didn't see it until this morning. I should probably add then, I do not access my place via the garage, my garage is not on the same floor as my entrance, it's below it, so that may change things slightly. Trust me though, if I had a door, I'd find a way to make it happen!

As far as wall mounting stuff, based on the old unit we lived in, I think these places are put together with staples and a hot glue gun! Regarding finding studs, there are products at Home Depot that you can get to help find wall studs. I have one that I've have for literally a decade, I used it when I was an audio-video installer. We use to do a lot of retrofits and this device was crucial for wall mounting anything, Last thing you want is for a rear mounted speaker to fall off and hit someone in the head! The other item I've used is a ling thin and narrow blade that I poked through the drywall to ensure what I detected was a stud. Since this is a garage, I just used spackle to cover the small the holes.

OOTV, It took me a bit to see (getting blind and hate my glasses). Sorry for doubting you! You have an amazing skill of organizing to get that much in there. DAMN! You showed me that is possible but It would make me crazy to have that much stuff in one place and having to move things in or out to get to it. So I will say that I just don't have the will to do it. I back in every night after work and have to make sure I can get the car door open not to mention the trunk with groceries and beer.:dread: Cheers.

An old Chinese guy once said," It takes a garage to raise a bike on a centerstand."
