I have used Permatex Plastic Epoxy for many repairs, the Plastex solution looks very good also. JB weld stuff is runnier and not as strong.

    x 2 for Plastex.

    I use it A LOT

you can get it in different colours as well so it helps when you dont want to paint the repair area for only 1 crack.

Make sure to use a good metal tape on the front finished side of the fairing, v groove the back side and use the plastex. The metal tape will help prevent the plastex from bleeding through to the front side and should make the repair almost invisible on small repairs.

Your is a sizeable repair but Id still use plastex it works very well. Use in a well ventilated area though.

Plastex for the pretty stuff but if you have broken lugs this might be worth reviewing...
