Engine problem

    I am restoring a 1984 jap import vf750 interceptor i have stripped the majority of the bike and disconnected the everything from the engine......But i cannot seem to be able to remove it from the frame is there any tricks to doing this or is it just old and senial lol

    It's easier if you take off both valve covers and the clutch cover.

    Support the engine - get a couple of helpers and lift the frame off the engine. It comes off at kind of an angle.

    Ohh yeah, tape the frame where it might hit the engine so you won't scrape any paint.

    Cool thankyou :) i'll get back on it when the snow dissapears and my sheds a little warmer lol
