I ended up changing mine out myself, but all I did was go to Kragen(O'reilley) and get a bulb that would fit. It was a tad brighter than the stock bulb, but still fit in the same socket. I bought 4 which did the speedo and the tach. there is one on each side I believe. I think I took some pictures and posted them around somewhere... I'll try and dig up the message. It was pretty easy but as someone said, a little time consuming with the fairing removal and all.

    ah, I found it: http://vfrworld.com/forums/mechanics-garage/26709-changing-dash-lights-5th-gen.html

Anyone have a shot of the rear of the gauge cluster? How many bulbs total are there and what are their functions? I'm assuming:

    -Speedo: 2 bulbs
    -Tach: 2 bulbs
-LCD piece: Is this lit by bulbs and if so how many?
    -Turn Signals: 2
    -High Beams: 1
    -FI: 1
    -Oil: 1
    -Neutral: 1

    Thanks!
