Will Nicky run Michelin or Bridgestone tyres though?

I spelt tires wrong just to humor the rest of the VFRwhirlled.

having been following nicky since he rode for hypercycle in 600 ss (let the flaming begin) it is my opinion that he won't do anything any more spectacular on the duc than he has done at honda. it would be cool if he did, but i don't see it happening. i wish him luck, but world superbike is where he'll end up next, then maybe he'll win a race or two. dani holds all the cards with respect to outright speed and championship potential at repsol honda. take a good look at what happened to marco melandri......

Interesting outlook Norcal. But I'm not sure why you think this. If Hayden took a GP championship in the past, what's keeping him from another in your opinion?

If Michelin doesn't get their rubber sorted, Dani's going to be the master of following the factory & satellite teams who run Bridgestones the rest of this year.

NorCal's right that Dani holds the cards at Repsol, and that is one reason I feel Hayden has struggled there. Like Nicky or not, he won a Championship. It will be interesting to watch who (if anyone) gets to two Championships first, Nicky or Dani.

hopefully this means that honda will have the rude awakening that theyve been NEEDING for years and start treating their more seasoned, wil-capable riders with more respect, and that rossi wont continue to EMBARASS the field like he has been for the majority of this season.

+1, as Repsol is a Spanish Company and sponsor the Honda Factory team, I'm sure that it makes sense to them that they have a spanish rider in the champoinship.

    Nicky Video

Seems like from what I've read it's more like Hayden's leaving Repsol vice Honda. Even the President of Honda had nice things to say about Nicky and vice versa. Repsol, on the other hand, didn't have much nice to say and was the driving force in making Pedrosa the #1 priority at the HRC team as evidenced by the switch to Bridgestone, among other things... so don't sell you Hondas Hayden fans.... :bootyshake2: just dump the Repsol gear. Or so advises your leader in his video on his site.
