How-To: PAIR removal for 5th Generation

    I took the top of the airbox off and with a pair of pliers you can rip the plastic door/valve thing completely out of there.
    Then on the what Honda calls the diaphragm, control valve, it will twist off completely. I didnt like the leftover "hole" that was there,
    so I made a small alluminum cover out of 1/8 stock and rivited in 2 spots to the top of the airbox cover.
    I'll get a photo when I can...
    Of course then, plug the vacuum hose...
    Seems to idle better now.

    2 cent stuff.. as I am doing the spring get ready stuff...
    Quick photo of the vacuum diapham delete plate rivited on, not really needed but in the whynot column.
    I cant stand parts left on that are part of a "upgrade" scheme, like a pair valve pump or the secondary front master cylinder as part of a delink.
    I'm at if it doesnt do anything.. rip it out.
