An ER nurse walks into a bank after completing a very long and tiring 18 hour shift. She grabs a deposit slip, reaches into her purse and pulls out a rectal thermometer and tries to write out the deposit slip.

The teller was totally surprised and gave the nurse a look of shock..

The nurse, not missing a beat, looks right at him and explaines, "Oh just great! Some asshole's got my pen!"
