Is the V4 VFR1200 a ticking time bomb that ultimately for big problems?

    One day I will run across the Harley teaching sales manual again. Years ago someone posted the whole thing up. Crazy cool-aid crap like "make sure you give them some personal clothing like a bandanna or T shirt, then stop at a 7 11 or Starbucks. Park right outside the door and hang out near the bike until someone passing says "nice Bike". This will help with the sale. Also make sure to use phrases like "Your part of a family now"."

    my 2010 had 45,000 miles on it when it was totalled by a deer last month.....never a problem with the engine....never used any oil....changed every 4000 miles....ran perfectly

    BB gives me great idea's, I get the sez slaves working then I can get a 2015 vfr -the 800, no 1200 lemon for me.

    My 2015 had 6th gear issue at 40,000k's. Paid $5000 having the gearshift drum replaced by a non dealer mechanic with a genuine Honda one that lasted 3,000k's before have the same issue. Mechanic, Dealer the parts were ordered through and Honda Australia refuse to help! I loved this bike but I'll probably part it out and get a Tuono V4. Definitely never buying Honda again
