It looks like a duck, like donald duck. Theres a lot of ugly custom bikes but I think the thread is more about production bikes.

XB9 & XB12's are bad ass toys, but they are a little goofy looking, I think it's the frame that makes them some what visually unsettling. One of my riding buddies has a xb12 & he absolutly punishes it @ Elkcart Lake & it comes back for more every time.

I know this is blasphemy, but what the hell, I can say it since I've got one... when I first saw the front of the 6th gen I thought it was ugly as hell. Funny how spending the hard earned cash for one changes a persons’ perception, now it doesn't bother me at all.

Okay, putting on flame retardant suit now. :flame:

Same in Oz, the Rockster is Ugly but at least Ugly/interesting unlike the Ugly/plain R1150R it was based on or the Ugly/Ugly Montauk.

I've always liked the front of the Gen 6, especiallly from the front/front side angle slight lower than middle...

With standard Cans its the side Rear thats not quite right, to me it looks like a snake swallowing a dear or something bigger than its mouth...

Luckly Staintunes or Lasers fix that little design flaw.

There was a pic on VFRDiscussion some time ago of a 5th generation VFR that looked as though the entire bike was rust.

    Hideous...

I had a green Seca II just like the above, and in person I thought it was pretty nice. It made a great around town bike 50+ mpg, and comfortable enough. I wanted a bandit, but found the Seca for $1700 with low low miles and it was only 5 yrs old at the time. I also like most of the Buells, but I am a little disgusted with what they are calling a motard bike. I mean come on, what do they take us for? It's the same bike AGAIN! I know they don't have the resources of the japanese companies, but don't stick a cheap ass number plate on a bike and tell me it's magically new!

The ugliest bikes are bikes where, for some reason, somebody shoehorned a car engine into it. Considering what regular off the shelf superbikes can do, I can't see any advantage in it, and they probably handle like shit.

Kawasaki Ninja 500. Looked pretty much the same for the entire 22 years it was manufactured. Thankfully they put it out of it's misery, though it was about 10 years too late.

I completely agree. Normally it is BMW who make ugly/weird-looking bikes but the V-Strom takes that to a whole new depth of hideousness.

How about the Rockster R1150R. Not so much pukingly ugly... just REALLY unique?

Or my most ugly bike of all time vote... the KTM Adventure 990. This thing takes home the ugly cake...

The Diavel Isn't Ducati's First Cruiser - Motorcyclist Magazine

Horrible, simply horrible. I am okay with the Madura actually- it is spot on in the cruiser class, with the magna, V-max and Kawi eliminator. That gawd awful BMW cruiser as well. That this is ugly x2 And that Hyongsung GV 650 is like they took whatever is ugly off every ugly bike in history and threw it on that bike.
