Nothing beats getting out there and scouting routes and loops for yourself. However, when I want to get a "feel" for the ride beforehand I will often consult Lateral G. I ran a search for it on VFRW but did not find it. Even if it is a repost, we have so many new members; I'm sure it will prove to be helpful or at least insightful. Despite what the link says, this site has valuable info on great biker roads worldwide. I just didn't want the rest of VFRW left out just because the link says SoCal... and I know how the rest of the world feels about SoCal, especially LA... (in my most diabolical laugh) LOLhahaLOL.
