Look like I will be visiting Ootv's garage after Thanksgiving
The leak seem to be from the T the little block above the caliper
I wipe clean and test the pressure the break holding up but I can see the wet spot on the front fairing behind the block

A quick fix might be some Teflon tape on the fitting. If you have to wait for a teardown, wrap the leaker with something absorbent. Brake fluid will damage your paint and plastics..

I toy with it and come to conclusion that my front suspension is shot
With all the leak my fluid should be low but it is full so I went and test the front shock and found to be wet. Wipe off and try again ......sure enough it is wet again. Look like the shock need to be off to JD.

Just have Jamie send you the components and we can do the install, otherwise you have to take the forks off and have your bike on a stand for a week or two. I was able to do my '09 forks that way. If you just want to change out the seals, we can do that too, easy breezy! Before you buy them, let me check I think I have a set laying around. They're yours for a 6 pack of IPA!

Another option is to buy a set of forks off eBay and send those to Jamie and wait for them to come back, once they come in, put yours up for sale! That's the way I went with the '01 forks. I went that route because Jamie was going to do the CBR internals with the rebound adjusters and figured it would be better for him to handle that. Plus leaves me more weekend time to ride!

Not to worry aboot the forking oil harming your paint.

Oil spots on concrete are potentially dangerous. Oil can also transfer to your bike tires and ya end up with a slick place. Best stuff I have found is from Walmart.. "Purple Power" follow the directions...

I use cat litter over a piece of plastic to keep oil off my garage floor.

My previous bike, the Yamaha TDM had a weapy fork seal and it ran down the fork leg and ruined the brake pads. Mo money. I'd pony up the sizer of IPA to OOTV and just do the seals for now. Aren't you headed south for tacos and beer?

If your floor is really oily, save a few pesos by using Attapulgite clay. Same thing as cat litter but different than Miss Kitty Litter, Seattle's most famous stripper.

Yep, ^ what they said, DOT 4 brake fluid can screw up your paint! I have a spritz bottle of regular H2O handy as it nutralizes that stuff, if you got leaky fork seals, it can get on your rotors then your pads with be shot.

I like straight lines and always get rid of those square unions, but think you may have linked brakes so that may not work for you, anyway, cheers...

Never had this happen on a bike but on a little Honda SW I had, a rock got in between the rotor and the puck. Lots of noise.
