heres what I was told......bikes will sit there, in the warehouses as long as the "owner" wants.... but they have a shelf life....even new sitting there they are deterioating....(falling apart slowly) so make sure that you guys that are buying a "new" bike check your hoses, tires, and whatever else can crack, dry rot ETC ETC......be safe not sorry

Hey guys I'll ask again. Where exactly are you getting these bikes for these prices? I ask because mine was smashed my a car on May 24th, very ugly....in any case my dealer where I got mine said there are none available, and I asked them a month ago..When I got out of the hospital I started making phone calls. I did find a dealer in Tennessee who said he could get one from the warehouse but he wanted $9600. Personally, I think that is too much. I bought mine a year ago and paid $9199+tax so I think paying more this year doesn't make sense. Thanks in advance for any information.

I found mine on ebay, turned out the bike was less than an hour from my place. I walked out the door with it for $9060, since it was across the river and out of state I still need to get it tagged though.

Captamerica.....Southern Honda in Chattanooga Tn. has the Candy red non abs for $7800, and the RWB non abs for $8400. This was back in March of this year when I checked. May be even less expensive now.

That would make for a nice ride back, with a few days stayover first!

I got mine in March in MD for 8200 out the door. Brought it home and got Florida tags & title for about $120.

Toecutter: I like the white rims powder coated white like you have them. That's pretty sweet.

Check Honda House in Richmond, VA online - they just picked up 2007 Red for $7299 and I believe the 2007 RWB is $7699 both w/o ABS - just lowered prices two days ago - as thread says - these are coming from warehouse

I bought my RWB/ABS last December for $9k so $7700 is a smoking deal, but I would have a hard time paying more than $8500 for an ABS now- it's nearly 3 model years old now and it's not your fault Honda refuses to make any changes on the bike from year to year- no way I'd pay more than $9k

For real and its 4 years in addition to the one year. In short, 5 years of HPP. If shops are really wanting to sell VFRs, I'd require the 4 years of HPP big time! :D Here's a pic of my HPP card, note I bought my 05 in Feb of 05...

Coolness! Please tell me more? I'm planning to pick up a new '07 on Saturday.

Did your shop "throw in" the extra four years? Did you have to ask for it / request it? What's it normally cost? What else should I know?
