Looking for a crashed (or inexpensive) 5th gen...

    Hey guys.. I’m in central CA, and I am looking for a wrecked/salvaged/cheap 5th gen bike for an upcoming BEC (bike engine car) project.. the fewer the miles the better.. must be a 98-01; title/pink slip not important.. It must start and run (what i am really after is a good/complete motor and wiring harness)...

    Check with member riprocop, he was selling off his 5 gen and last time I checked with him (a few weeks ago) he still had some stuff left.

    I ended up finding a wrecked 2000 with 40K on the clock.. I'll break it apart in the next few months and see if there's any interest here in my unneeded bits..
