Looking to buy a 2008. Any advice?

Hi all, new member here as I don't own a VFR just yet. I've been riding for about a decade and this would be my third bike in that time. I currently ride a 96' Magna and love it, but I'm looking to add another bike to the stable and I have had my eye on a VFR for about a year. I found a 2007 25th anniversary bike about 6 months ago that needed a lot of work, but it sold before I could make an offer. Well a 2008 with aprox. 30k miles just popped up on marketplace in my area today. It seems like it's a good price, but before I check it out anything you recommend I should look for? I look forward to joining the VFR club soon!

 

Valve check done?

Brakes been bled recently?

How's the battery charging voltage? Still on the stock stator and regulator?

Welp it looks like the guy sold it before he gave me a chance to come and check it out. I’ll be keeping my eye out for the next one then.
