The 2009 Hungarian MotoGP race has been cancelled due to construction delays at the track. Let's hope this is not a trend and no other races are cancelled.....for any reason.

Let's start a campaign to replace it with a race at Road Atlanta or Miller Motorsports Park

    Ah Nuts! That Sucks!

NO MORE RACE CANCELLATIONS! +1 on that RWB25. I'm with Bear,I'd love to see the Moto GP circus out at Miller Motorsports Park. And I would prefer to see them use the "Big Course",not the "Short Course" that the WSBK riders rode last year.

I totally agree. Did WSBK ever give a reason why they used the short course? # of laps?

I thought it had something to do with that infield section of the track being pretty green and not fully rubbered-in yet. The AMA riders were racing on that infield section of the track for the first time that weekend, whereas the previous year they raced the outer "Short Course" layout. Remember Ben Bostrom's big high-side in the dirt?
