My first tour on the 8th gen - Scotland

Back home now after a fantastic trip around Scotland !
We hit lucky with the weather, only bit of rain to touch the bike was whilst waiting to board the ferry from the Isle of Man on day one, we seemed to have rain ahead of us and behind us the whole way round, just one grey day really out of six.
The bike was great and handled everything with ease, from motorway miles on day 1 to get to Scotland to single track Alpine style roads and hairpins, although a couple of hairy moments where i hit large stones mid-corner which put me on the other side of the road but thankfully nothing coming the other way !
Just a couple of the many pics, wish i could have stopped and take a lot more, so many awesome views but couldn't stop at them all !

 

and now time to clean the bike !!!
