    Now it's $4250 and 17 bids. I emailed the seller and asked how he/she could state in the ad that there is a warranty on this bike. Never got an answer.
    Note that this seller has (0) feedback!
    I have been a buyer/seller on eBay for over 8 years and this one has a bad smell to it. "If it's too good to be true...."

    yeah, I'd never buy something that big from ebay without a great feedback and long time use of ebay from the seller... I also would try and look at the bike if any way possible... I wonder if the 'officials' at ebay are watching that auction...
