Aha! Finally a thread where one gear ratio is better than others. We now return to our boring regular programming on oil, tires, filters, seats, handlebars, paint colors, clothing and other subjects like Oprah and WalMart that are far less subjective than some silly old gear ratios.

The cream always rises to the top. This one was probably not from some old Chinese guy. I think they took their milk straight oot of their Yaks.

I like the DID Gold chains. They clean up easily, and a gold chain brightens up an other wise dreary/ugly/grimey part of the motorcycle. I searched the net, and paid $147, if my memory serves. Buy the best chain you can. Thats not the place to go cheap.

Why would anyone pay someone else to change sprockets and chain? For what you're going to pay that guy, you could buy a good Motion Pro chain tool and have at it.

I do like the OEM front sprocket, with the cushion.
