V3.1 finished around 10pm... took a few minutes to install the new bed and presto we are back in business. Even still it didn’t print right, which is probably due to bed height problems and I’ll iron that out tonight.

I tested the L bracket for force to fail and it broke with some force. It will hold up in use but not for someone with a heavy hand, I’ll have to put supports on the L.. so V4 coming next....

V3.1 Aslo gear shape mishap- probably bed leveling issues. I’ll check the cad program to make sure and reprint later today...

It’s not about being able to buy one, its the challenge of making one

And if a success, sell a few

I would buy one that’s for sure

You could 3D print some lower fairing stays, those are impossible to find.

V4-Finished, beside handle, but done none the less. there were 4 failed attempts. First one was due to measurement error on my part. The other 3 were trying to find the right print orientation on the bed. Cost of the finished print is $1.00 :), filament only, not including metal rod stock and handle. Total cost for filament including ALL 6 failed attempts is $6.

The print only is 31mm Wide by 79mm Length, weight 16g. The entire tool is 210.5g and 381mm Length. Works fine with no effects from heat or BURNING MY HAND.
It was a Fun little project.

I would absolutely love to make a few bucks and sell them at a quarter of the price motion pro sells them..... But....making, using and testing only one isn't a big enough sample size to validate their fit for use for others. I would need someone one who works on these bikes often to use one multiple times over the next couple months and feed back any failures or needed design changes.

But if anyone wants the 3Dprint file and the dimensions of the metal stock I used to make it, they are welcome to it.

As in did it melt into a pile of failed plastic in-between the cylinders or did is successfully adjust the screws as intended without burning the flesh off my hand? Yup it adjusted the screws as intended without burning the flesh off my hand. So success!

Need new hoses that connect both the vent and fuel tubes. All these brick stores carry is the thick wall tubes. Where can i get something a little thinner. Or is the only option the thick wall?

Not as thick as the original pipes, and very flexible, so mind out for kinks

You can get this but you will have to look about. As you have noticed the normal shops will only do car braided hose lines as they are all running HP fuel rails so need them.
Im positive that your honda dealer can get it - with the part number - but its not cheap.. lol
