Oh and new Cush drives, I will always do this from now on no matter how good they look without touching. The crumbled upon removal. Lol

Dam good that was quick. New impeller from T2Racing. They have a ton of badass 2smoke kit. But you have to have a Japanese phone # to order. My son found a work around but my window is down to 3 weeks. Do I buy more? I should. Hahaha.

It's a rule in a motorcycle project, you have to buy more, you must buy more, the project never ever gets enough kit to call it finished!

and after. + sonic bath, and cleaning with some steel wool. image.jpg

The Ocho.Plate is in spec but I don’t know and can’t find anything on the cut tooth notches. They don’t match the basket or the other plates.

Correction they are cutouts for clutch dampers. Assuming to make the dry clutch quieter. Only one friction has the cut outs.

    Well we are getting closer.
    Parts on order from Japan.
New coolant loaded ( wait for leaks).
    Overflow tank placed
    Radiator grill painted
    Tank mounted
Wired up my Gear indicator light
    New clutch cable installed
Throttle spring adjusted. Was the strongest throttle pull I have ever encountered.

    Still to go:
    Front fender
    Fork hardware
    Lower bodywork
    Fuel cap assembly

    here she is.

"TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY"..Ice Cube

My son sent me the gauge since it was specifically designed for the NSR250. It was basically plug and play although, the shift light won't work.
They designed the pickup sensor to have the original inner steel rotor hub. Mine is EBC aluminum. So unless I wanna play with super glue I can't get a speed rating to tell me when to shift.
I really just want the gear indicator anyway. It is such a small bike I find myself asking for 7th gear. lol
This way I can just look down and see where I am, I hope. :)

Oh and the Raiders actually looked good. Yay
