Just curious what your thoughts are regarding motorcycle racing for 2009? Which series you will watch most? MotoGP? WSBK? AMA? Or all of them, just because its motorcycle racing?

My focus will be on Moto GP and WSBK, but if it races with two wheels and a motor, I'l probably watch it.

I'll vote WSBK. Just wondering where you watch? Channel-wise that is. Speed coverage is crappy at best it seems. I would love to catch more, but I don't know where.

I would have to agree with most....MotoGP and WSBK will be watched closely. I'm losing more and more interest in what is left of the AMA series. They are down to 12 races this year. I'm not sure of it's future.

But like MrDen, I'm a racing slut and will probably watch anything with an engine and preferably with 2 wheels.

Has anyone tried out the online feeds from any of the series? How good are they? What's the quality like? Are they live feeds or tape delayed? Very curious because Speed's coverage is horrible, at best, and in Canada we have NO other option. Speed is are only option.

Both onling sites are great avail 24-72 hrs after race airs on tv, never tried the high def just the cheaper version ( was fine for me ) and as noted before world super bike was free to watch online last year but they have the longest lead time 72 hrs after it airs on tv.

Wow. That is quite the lag time. But it makes sense, they make a lot of money on the TV rights.

Is Speed our only option in North America? Anyone know of ANY other options? Even FTA (free to air) channels?

What channel do the folks in Europe get the races on? SKY?

    All of the above.

I am a huge ama fan and will keep watching and going to one or two races a year as long as they keep racing.

I also am a avid moto gp fan but have never had the privelage of going to a race.

I have not followed World superbike very closely in the past but did attend one race last season.

I agree they should have a very good year and I will be going to the miller motorsports park race this may!

My only problem is that the offseason lasts too long!
