LOL - golly gee, I had NO IDEA that there were other wonderful bikes in the world, thanks for letting me know Gator! Please tell me you never actually graduated from UF because you're either mildly retarded or just super condescending :D I've lost count of how many bikes I've ridden but it's quite a few (including a '12 Tuono V4) as I go to just about every local ride event and I test ride a lot of used bikes. The only bike that's made me seriously consider trading in my VFR was a '16 S1000RR I tested at the AIMExpo.

Wow you don't have to start insulting. I was trying to get a gage of where you are coming from. I have seen a lot of new riders that get their first real new bike and become fan boys of a brand. A lot have rode many bikes and thump their chests about their bike or brand. Kind of like how you consistently do. Most that have rode a long time and actually owned many bikes like many brands and different bikes. Feel free to go and insult someone else and let this thread go back to its wonderful theme. There is some great racing coming up.

LOL - thanks Captain Condescending - last I checked this is still VFRWorld so please forgive me for boasting about my 8th gen VFR :D Have you ever owned an 8th gen VFR? Most folks who do absolutely love them and say so frequently - so I'm hardly alone. With the exception of Ducati (which I just enjoy making fun of) I frequently compliment other brands/models of bikes. It makes me laugh when a guy who sticks a number on his bike and rides around the track on weekends feels he's in a position to look down on everyone else's opinions. I've played basketball on weekends for many years with the guys in my neighborhood but guess what? We're all still a bunch of middle aged white guys who can't jump or play worth a shit! :D

I'll be on an ADV ride this weekend but hope to catch the race at the hotel. I have a WSBK subscription and can usually stream the races on my iPad using the hotel Wi-Fi.

Have you had any trouble with your subscription? A few guys were having trouble, hiccups and freeze. They had fast rock solid connectivity. But that was Moto GP. I think both subscriptions use that same infrastructure though.

So far I have not had any issues but I have been using my home/office connection, which is pretty high. I did have a couple of glitches last weekend streaming MotoGP but it was only for a few moments and was back up to normal with no other issues. With internet streaming, you never know where the bottle neck is coming from.

Nice to see Camier in the top 10. Hmm, JR at the top...You have to wonder if he'll do it again this year.

Congrats to Crutchlow and Honda on winning its 750th GP race today in Argentina. Glad to see Dani was not seriously hurt. It will be interesting to see if Marquez can repeat at COTA after his crazy performance today - Rossi is understandably pissed at him :D

Full race - watch it quick before it inevitably disappears!

What a weird race this was, from the “upside down” pole setting, to the starting grid dilemma to the MM bulldozer run?!?! All that work and he undermines himself, it was impressive to a point but my god, he was passing most of them with ease.

Looks like the VR-MM rivalry is back on! Not that is was gone entirely, it definitely set any mends between them back a few years!

I have to read what race control has to say about this shit storm. MM had 2 officials, one with his hand on the bike, telling him to pit. He defied race control and I think that constitutes a black flag, just like if you were actually racing and ignored the flag. The first contact was way to aggressive but I think they penalized him properly for 1 spot. But the Rossi hit should have blacked flagged him. Especially as to how aggressive he moved through the field standing up about half the grid. The stupid thing is he was sooo much faster that the field he did not have to ride like an ass hat. Getting kicked out of Yamaha's pit was funny, kind of like back in 2015.
The race at the front was excellent, it was a matter who roasted their tire the least. If Zarco had run the medium tire he would have won easily. Impressive riding by all the front 4. Nice seeing a Brit leading the championship and Suzuki getting better.

Thi is interesting to reaad. (From MotoGP.com)

15-time MotoGP™ World Champion Giacomo Agostini tells his story about what happened at the Gran Premio Motul de la Republica Argentina – more specifically - on the incident between Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) and Valentino Rossi (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP). After the race, Agostini had his say when speaking to Radio 24:

"Marquez was wrong and he apologised, we hope he will not do it again. However, he must not be disqualified, he was already punished yesterday in the race.”

Agostini didn’t agree with some of Rossi’s comments in his post-race debrief. “It is not true as Rossi says that Marquez is aiming at the riders leg; now they are all a bit nervous and everyone is exaggerating. What happened between Marquez and Rossi happened to everyone, it happened to me, it happened to Valentino Rossi, it always happened. In this race also to Zarco, who threw out Pedrosa.”

However, the legend admitted the number 93 was careless. "It was stupid, I say that as a friend," Affirms Agostini on Virgin Radio. "He was passing all of them, he could even wait for the next turn that perhaps he was better prepared for overtaking, while he thought he was staying inside but he did not make it. I do not want to defend it, but we must also see the situation: the tension that is there, you are not as lucid as sitting on a desk."
