For me using Internet Explorer 7.0 breaks the forum layout. I can't test at work whether Firefox fixes it. Just browsed using my iPhone and the layout is fine.

IE throws the avatar and member details down the screen and message text below it. Extremely hard to read. Maybe a tag is missing or a CSS directive is bung.

    Anyone else see this?

ok, I just checked it on IE 8 and it looks fine. It must be a certain version of IE or something. Do you have the latest?

    Changing Screen Name

I've switched over to another screen name in other forums. For consistency, I'd like to do that here. Possible?

It would depend on availability and have to be done from our end.

it'll self correct. It has something to do with the way the program operates. It has done that ever since we installed the app.

    Search Function Bug

    Hi VFRWorld,

I've been having a problem with the search function for the last couple of days, using both Chrome and Firefox, and while logged in and out. With Firefox, it downloads and opens a blank TextEdit file, with Chrome, it just displays an error message saying the site sent no data. It only started happening for me this week, so I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? I'm using a Mac, if that helps as well.

    Yes.
With IE9 and like you, it just started this past week.
Anything associated with the search function that I access from the "Shotcuts" drop down menu also gives me the same error messeage:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

It's not just you. It doesn't seem to be an O/S | Browser issue. I'm using Linux.

I'm having the same problem with IE 9 and Firefox 5 using Windows 7. It just started earlier this week around Wednesday I think. I get the error page with IE, and a blank page in FF.

The "Last X Days" shortcuts as well as the search/advanced search functions. It seems the webserver doesn't know how to serve up search.php anymore. Maybe it got corrupted?

I have the same issue on Mac Firefox and Safari as well as Windows IE.

As promised, the new R/R from Honda was received, and Reg and I spent the afternoon installing it over a few beers. The VFRworld search function should be working correctly now.
