ive bought 2002 model vfr v-tec in which im over the moon with, cannot not fault it, but im trying to reset the mph into kph for when i go to tour in europe.the bike is imported from hollard and i can't sussed it out.anybody help me out on this one :-/, with regards fonz
There is a thingie called the 'Yellow Box". It's main purpose is to correct the error of the speedo, but a side option is to switch from mph to kmh and vv. See http://www.blackrobotics.com/
Read up the manual. There is a way to hold down one (or both?) of the buttons to get teh mph to go to kilometers per. I did this by accident early on. It's amazing how many cars pile up behind you as you do 23mph (somewhere around 35 kph shown). You can prolly just fiddle with the controls and figure it out also.
