:hss: I'm glad you're OK after such a great adventure Long! That takes some serious cajones to attempt a trip like that. Maybe you should invest in platform boots next time so you can put both feet down...
Rest up and heal quickly my Silver brother from another mother!! If you feel up to it drive in to R3 and join the party.
I will be caging up with my boys......Will take care all the cooking and drinking :thumb:
Nice write up Long, and glad you had a good time. More importantly, glad the surgery went well and best of luck on a speedy recovery.
As far as I know he did surgery on the right shoulder
Did he fix it.....? Only time will tell ound:
Yesterday I have to visit my Dr for follow up on my surgery. He think the bone and the plate bond well with each other He show me the new X ray and Holly Batman:faint2: I could not believe my eyes........See for yourself
I am not sure if the plate look right, that is a big freaking piece of metal and shit load of screws. I think Stoshmonster can fab a better shape on that plate don't you think? Some of you have been thru this so I need your feed back.
Maybe it's time for a side by side for the off roading. They go almost anywhere and there's plenty of room of an ice chest.
Looks pretty normal for orthopaedic fixing of shattered bone. You will have fun at airports though.

Im pretty sure this guys crash was worse than yours.... around the 5 min mark.... he had different results though

Please remove all metal items and put them in the bin. "Buuuut, I CAN'T, they're attached"
Good thing you live in a warm climate Long, if you lived up here in Canada that shoulder would ache a lot during the winter. My friend Sean in Calgary was working on the oil rigs in northern Alberta and his face got in the way of the huge wrench they use for tightening the pipe sections and now the left half of his face is a bunch of plates and screws. After surgery and recovery time he went back up to the rigs and discovered that during winter months (can reach -60*C with the wind chill) Sean discovered that the side of his face would freeze quite quickly since the plates were close to the skin, and his face would just ache he said.
That is horrible  I hope he is in a warmer climate now.
Long will be known now and until the next coming as, "IRON DUDE".
Amazing what those guys can make out of old beer cans.
Probably titanium or stainless steel. T
he first time "IRON DUDE" gets near a refrigerator magnet, we will find out.
Haha I told my kids I am now a Bionic (Half man half machine).
I need to be careful when I walk next to a magnet ound:
