I've been using the Sena 20S for about a year and it is fantastic!

I've been riding with the SENA 10U for the past few weeks. I was looking for a system that was discreet and not hanging off the side of my helmet. Goal accomplished.

    Pros:
Cell phone calls are handsfree to answer and caller on the other end has said quality is great
I like the two button volume controls that are attached to the helmet
Charge seems to last forever, haven't had an occurrence yet when it has died
No more painful ears when putting the helmet on and taking it off when I used to use ear buds

    Cons:
I wouldn't use it without earplugs... The voice prompts are crazy loud.
With earplugs the sound is great for conversation as long as it's maxed out.
Music is not very loud at max volume with ear plugs
Without ear plugs, music sounds tinny and harsh
Not crazy about the handlebar mount, takes up too much space and it's tough to reach around to engage turn signals.
