    Agreed that sensationalist journalism is not good for bikers, but the most important part of the article is that this guy wasn't wearing a helmet.

    That's asking Darwin to remove you from the gene pool.

    If the LEO is correct in his view of the accident, a helmet or helmets wouldn't have helped much. Thankee Jesus for ABATE and the freedom to launch off a freeway ramp and land on some railroad tracks without having to wear a fucking helmet.
