Ya know, I tried that Randy but it just didnt work out, I would get so pissed at myself for not talking to me that I would lash out and and a big fight would ensue and I would wind up getting the shit kicked out of me by myself. Then that would escalate and I would do a driveby on my house but then that didnt work cause I would never be at home when I did it. Just come home and the house would be all shot up and I'd be like WTF?

As Frank Sinatra used to say........."I gotta stop sleeping in the park"

Ya see where I 'm goin with this?

And people wonder why I like to fish and ride a bright red motorcycle

This has probably been said already, I admit I skipped a lot since I only have access via blackberry for two weeks... I think it upsets a lot of people that laws are enforced on them but are not enforced on police personel and other public servants. I used to have a friend whos mother was head of a 911 department. Whenever she got pulled over she would flash her work ID and the officer would wish her a good day and be on his way. I witnessed this personally on many occasions.

Of course there is the question of some laws truly being constitutional or not. That is a big can of worms though...

okay, from my perspective......nail the dmbasses just like they would any "normal" citizen.... during my stint as an LEO I got pulled over twice for speeding, both times when I was asked for my paperwork i din't let it come out that I was an LEO. my point....if I derserve it give me the ticket......I know there is professional courtesy and all that but waving a badge out the window when you get pulled over is just saying that your above the law look here is my get outa jail free card......man I hate that shnit.....one of the stops the officer got mad at me for not telling him. and my reply was this" I was wrong you pullled me over and decided to give me a ticket, why should me being a cop have any bearing on it?" his response was a shake of the head some cuss words.. and the he "mis wrote" the ticket...I got a "don't do that again from the judge have a nice day." I guess my point is that LEO are not above the law and those that think it are on a serious power trip and should probably go get some overdue therapy.

Hey all, I can't say that I blame them... If I was comfortable going that fast on my bike, I'd do it... they were riding in Ohio for God's sake (yes I live in Ohio before you ask). I can't blame them for wanting to get out of the state in just over an hour....

This happened to me a couple times. Didn't quite work out the same way. I think the people I pulled over who flashed me would have rather gotten the ticket. I generally did not lecture and penalize (ticket) but in these two cases, I ripped them a huge new asshole big enough for the shuttle to fly through, right there on the side of the road. One of them had someone with them too. Then I reported them through my chain of command. I have said I have never knowingly written a LEO. I did not say that someone flashing is agreeable to me. This burns me so much I almost puke.

Just so happend both these guys out ranked me by a couple ranks. But they were wrong and I was right.

On the other hand, I do recall giving a defense attourny a break... WTF is up with that I ask.

Ok... what's the football record Mr. Wolverine? (no I'm NOT talking national championships here either)

I believe that we solidly have kicked your A$$ for quite a while now... And what was that sorry excuse you guys had for a team last year??

We NOW return you to your regularly scheduled bashing of officers getting away with speeding....

Ohio Peace officers, come on guys, don't act the fool and make the media, AGAIN! But seriously, I am the worlds worst traffic cop. nobody ever got more than a writtin warning. Unless I had to chase you, then they got the ass woopin. I finally pulleds over once after i un tucked and saw the red and blues behing me. I was shooting coners on my FZ1 with fresh rubber, new metzler m3's, by the way love that tire, anyway, he was a local township sgt ands was PISSED!, told me I was doing 90 in a 45 and was mad that i was RUNNING. I told him, Shit Sarge, if it was running I'd be at a buck-60 and thsat township crown vic would haves a blown motor. Hey, OK, I admit it, I speed on the bike. Saw a state trooper once at 120mph and he lit his lights,I did what alot of guys do, I downshifted twice and spiked the rpm. he did not chase. n his position I wouldnt either. to damn risky for everybody. I have lit up most of my bikes on the street. as we all may have done. I try to be carefull and safe but sometime the "the little voice" gets us all. And we ride like a retard. I think My big problem is that if riders speed, I don't care. Ride, have fun, be safe. I've been on too many hi risk raids here in youngstown, ohio, to want to go be a damn meter maid and write tickets. I worry more about drug dealers, gang members, murders, and rapists then to screw around runnin radar-lidar traps. but hell, I may have got a bad attitude afer working in this sh*t hole. I'm stressed now, I'm gonna go run the ton on the 1000 and relax.

Hmmm, could be... I've been told I have all kinda bent or broken parts, I never listen though.

I'm sorry, I was talking about DRIVING/RIDING, not college football, did you misunderstand me? Have sawdust in your ears? Can't read the post thru the leaves? Perhaps an Asian Emerald Ash Borer Beetle infestation?

Perhaps I should be more clear: Ohio drivers/riders suck big green donkey rods, HARD! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Perhaps that got thru Woody?

Yeah, sorry for highjacking, I couldn't help myself... Ohio drivers/riders bring it out of me! (Cause I'm normally so reserved, soft-spoken and shy...) "It's not my fault, it's really not my fault..." (quote from what movie?)

According to some of the stories about top ends from the VFR dudes, those guys were not going all that fast.

OOOOHHHH, THAT'S what you were referring to... sorry MY bad...

Well, maybe if we had pot holes as big as the ones in Michigan all over the place (interpretation - As large as Crater Lake), we'd be better drivers...

We'll forgive you this time....

As far as the movie quote, I'm fairly sure it is from the "Empire Strikes Back"
