I am to the point where I take all my stuff with me. Too many assholes around these days, especially at places like Walmart which attract the lowest common denominator. I refuse to take my car there (2013 Mustang) for the same damn reason. Hopefully karma catches up with them. I know in the short term that won't make you feel any better. Felt the same way when I got my stereo stolen out of my last car, and the damn thing was parked right outside my appartment (wasn't even a good stereo it was pretty average). In addition, they stole my fishing rod that was in the trunk, but left all the change in the center console....wrap your head around that one.

What a gigantic shithead. It's probably unlikely, but I hope you get the opportunity to go Toe Cutter style on him at some point. After I had my jacket stolen last year, I started wearing/carrying all my gear with me off the bike...though it doesn't hurt that the jacket I have now looks both classy and badass even when I'm not on the bike

Rust, you didn't know this but that helmet that was stolen had a hairline crack in it! Not visible to the naked eye. The guy that stole it is going to die wearing that helmet. He saved your life!!!

I take everything with me just about every time I get off the bike. Just about every time. Guess maybe it is time to do this every time. Anyone want to join me in a business proposal. Trunk monkeys for bikes. Muthatfuga. No disrespect to you Rusty but too bad you didn't have lice or scabies if you get my drift.

I would definitely get back to Walmart to enquirer about video surveillance. Do it quick as there is a limited time window for recovery of these images. If it is analogue, you are already too late.

I think I have an HJC CL-15 in XL. Probably about 5 years old, so its near the end of its shelf life. I think I used it for one, maybe 2 seasons. If something doesn't work out with Corner, let me know and we'll ship it off.

That really sucks the BIG one. People like that should just be......................... (insert ideas here). There is only one thing that could have made the event worse and that is if they stole the helmet after knocking the bike over with their vehicle. Ask me how I know about this. I have a few spare helmets kicking around the house but unfortunately they are all mediums. Sorry man.

Not all Wallymarts are thieves paradise. Gotta go with Randy. Pop your shit in one of Wally's shopping carts and shop till ya drop. The upside is that those who are inside the store and are conscious will know from your shit you are a bikerdood. Little doods are most affected.

Great gesture from all who offered to donate a replacement to this guy.. Good stuff!!

I cannot advise the Toe's method for conciliation is the best method. I am more of a twoXfour fan..

the walmart near me has developed a rep for things getting stolen from their lot. it's just like you described they pull up in a van or some large vehicle to block the cameras and take what they want. i was talking to a guy that had his custom harley stolen on fathers day. i generally avoid walmart on my bike just because of $#!+ like this.

I thought in Black Belt school they taught you not to kick the crap out of some thief when anybody was watching. Habeus Crapus. I learned all my moves watching the midget tag team matches out of Mexico City. Some of their costumes look just like some of the helmets and jackets I see around. ;)

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Something is confusing me though (and please correct me if I'm wrong), surely if you cut the D rings off the helmet is good for nothing?

Hopefully you made a police report. Most of the times Sam's (I don't shop at Wally World) always has cameras over the parking lot. If you talk to the store manager, maybe you can track down who has it yourself. Good luck!

Those parts are one hell of a lot cheaper to order and replace than a complete helmet.

Karokee. That's what I put in my rum. Old navy drink Dark rum and Karokee. Especially when you are generous with the rum.

I use the stupid cable lock that the government makes gun manufacturers give you along with their firearms. I loop it thru the chin bar and tie it off around the grab rail. This may not work on the viffer as they have two independent open end grab rails, in that case, you need to "Glock them." No shameless plug either, thats what I have in the night-stand along with one thats in a sock drawer  I would never consider using a cable thru the barrel of a gun. Dont wana hy-jack thread either...That wouldnt have helped you anyway, would hate to see bullets wasted on that scum-sucking-polly-wog...

I used to have a cousin that died a while ago, he didnt ride but me and my father used to make fun of the size of his head. I used to joke that "her-ker-mer (cousins pejaritive name that we gave him) could never find a brain bucket large enough for his humungous head. True story...

Better luck next time. Hats off to the people that would send you a brain bucket. The ones I retired are up on the shelf and some are rather fragrant and not your size ; )

Yep, had to edit, upon tawking to my dear old dad, he informed me that "her-ker-merr is still alive, so there is indeed a chance for him to get a custom mold of his melon and sport a new XXXL skid lid

Sorry to hear about your helmet. If you can afford, think about getting a top box. I use mine to store the helmet if I walk in to a store or restaurant.

Do you have full coverage on your bike? If yes, call the insurance company and see if they cover your gear...

Indeed a famous drink going back to even before Popeye who used it to wash down all that fucking canned spinach.

Want a real eyeopener? BBs famous "Rum Reville" aka "The Heart Starter".

    2oz Bacardi Purple Label
    4oz espresso
    2 T Demerara sugar or 3 T unsulphered molasses
    lemon twist.
