I seen that bike I think on Craigs list... If mine was worse or if I had the insurance total it then I would be looking for another. I guess the best way is just to spend the 700.00 to fix mine back up.

    Anytime!

When I lived in Marylad a friend of mine turned me onto their products. Mike used them all the time. He worked at a used bike shop and I was amazed at how well the colors matched. I think he only has one bad experiance and even then it wasn't a bad match.

Sorry to hear about the rubber leaving the road SLOVFR. Glad you're ok.

Thanks a bunch for posting pics of the gear. I'm looking into better riding gear right now, so it's very helpful to see the stuff in action.

Do you have a guess as to how fast you were going?

Probably around 45mph, slide for 60 + feet as you can see from where we are standing at to where that bike between us is in the distance. Having gear is the only way to ride!

    I can't argue with that

I've been avoiding dropping the $ on gear for a while now, but theres too much at stake to be so cheap. Time to take the dive for safety's sake.

Im sure my trip to the ER with the knee cap showing and possible bone on the fore arm would have exceeded the $275.00 I spent on that gear!! Get geared up my man...some day you will thank yourself....
