VF1000F to VF1000R?

Made arrangements to look at / pick up this bike on Saturday.

I even got the wife on board (had to sell my .223 but I don't use it often and my .270 pretty much does it all) with it to the point where she's not giving me any grief over it.

 

Easy $4000 machine out here

 

I'll post lots of photos if all goes as planned on Saturday.

My buddy and I are also stopping even further away to hopefully buy his old sled back that he custom built and sold many many years ago.

It's going to be a very long day .... we're looking at about 8 hours of travel time round trip.

 

When I lived in the Crestview area of Winnipeg, it usually took me that long to drive to the Charleswood Legion and back. Small world huh?

 

Haha... the good news in all this is that I'll have an extra bike for you to ride when you get here this summer.

 

There are many things I don't have to explain to the wife. Why I am taking my helmet with us when we are RVing to my home province, where she knows no one, is likely going to be one of those explanations I am going to have to deal with
