VFR 750 1992 rear shock upgrade

    Hello, i have a VFR 750 1992 and I would change original rear shock, is anyone use a shock of CBR 929? what piece I need for adapt it?

    i got a fox shock on mine that I bought 17 years ago which has been rebuilt twice by them over the bikes history. I am sure some other people will pipe up with some ideas (jamie,) dont know about how he would ship it to your local though...

    I prefer adapt 929 CBR shock, but I rebuilt the mine if is not posible.

    nice pictures!!! Mine is granite blue...kinda black except in the sun-light then its dark blue.

    Yes, I used a 929 and made a simple adapter from 2" square tube. Will try to find a link

    shock mounting is one of the subtle differences between 3rd and 4th gen. Clevis mount on the 4th gen lends itself to an easier shock mount modification.
