I washed my 6 Gen, as it really needed it after the few days with rain/dirty roads. Took time to clean and lube the chain too.

Had a great weekend fixing bikes...
Red RVF400 - change & balance front tyre - now done...
    CBR400 - strip & clean carbs - now done

I've taken the CBR to work today & its running very well, brakes are excellent, handling very good, & the exhaust is loud - lol

Next weekend its the Blue RVF400's turn - blew a front fork seal last week - pothole not wheeling it - lol
Got the bits today so very happy.

IMG_0509.JPG I moved mine around in the garage so I could build shelving for my new pantry! I put a new BIG washer in drying in the garage (making it super tight for a bike and a car) and piped the water and power lines threw the wall where the old tiny stackable closet was in my condo. Much more room to put the 12pks of beer when on sale! Not super pretty but I don't have a wife to bitch about it! ;-)

Changed the oil and oil filter, not a big job but the T-Rex sliders get in the way of the Honda clips when you remove the lower fairing panels a bit of a pain. I also discovered my torque wrench wont fit on the oil filter wrench, not enough room behind the exhaust headers, I have a smaller one but it is the wrong drive size so will have to buy a adapter. just guessed the tightness so will be keeping an eye on it for a few 100km. Heading off for a 430km ride to the Burdekin Falls Dam tomorrow, fingers crossed.
