What does your username mean?

My username is based on my crash on my old dirt bike a 1998 KX250. Needless to say I crashed and went on light duties at work, my friend said I did a few tricks in the air, a superman to a nothing to a lightduty .

Combination of RC46 and SP2 front end = RC46-SP2.

Best I could do on short notice...

 

Mine comes from a Robert Heinlein book: "Stranger In a Strange Land" ... it's martian for "I get it." or "I understand." (I like sci-fi stories)

 

Wow. I think I read that book in the 70's!

 

My name was given to me by my riding mates and has stuck as I have a bad habit of offs into trees.

 

So happy you clarified that. Some may have been thinking something else.

 

Mine doesn't stand for anything. Literally, it's just a random letter/number combo.
The genesis for this username is when I wanted to make a new Youtube channel in 2010. Having no inspiration at all, I thought it would be nice to let faith decide and dropped my hands on the keyboard and numpad. Behold! CDA441 cometh on the screen.

Seemed like it stuck and that's my username on numerous forums and sites.

 

The beauty is in the simplicity!

 

I started using this handle when I signed up over at hondatwins.net. Besides my RC36 I also have an '82 nighthawk 450. Hamhock is a play on words. Nighthawk makes me think agile and sleek when in reality it's handling is more akin to riding on, well, a hamhock.

Aced It.

I use this name on multiple motorcycle forums. I gained it in my personal life prior to forums whilst customizing cars and bikes. Pretty much self explanatory in that I've been told a few times that I've "aced it". Funny too, because I first used it on the internet while transforming my now sold 2003 Honda ACE 750.

 

Went to the University of Florida.

 

My name is robert strong and my user name is robert strong. It means i'm.... I forgot where I was going with this.

 

I've been a Detroit Red Wing fan since 1983, which was Steve Yzerman's rookie year. He was made captain and had a 21 year career with the Wings, and is such a gentleman... my sports hero. A good friend messaged me on a forum, noticing my avatar... turns out his cottage is right next door to Stevie's... we occasionally go to games and sometimes hook up with Steve to shoot the breeze a bit. Steve is now back as General Manager of the Wings. I still don't have his autograph..... you'll find a Wings logo on my bike somewhere.

 

I am sure we saw you outside the Maple Leaf's Gardens recently.
