What is this and should I worry? Can I fix it up a bit?

I noticed a small drop of fluid coming from the connection. I wiped it off and rode and after 40-50 miles it was back. Not much more than 1-2 mL, but still. What is this I'm pointing at? Can I tighten this connection? Thanks!

That's a hose clamp, but it can't be tightened.
Better off replacing it if it's got too lose.
Get a worm wheel one that can be retightened.

Can't you replace the current clamp with a worm wheel clamp?

I was just wondering the same thing. I may just do that.

Also, I don't think it's going out. Just got done riding on some pretty rough backroads and I can imaging the vibes allowed some slip by of the tiniest amount of fluid. I'm just in that OCD phase of new ownership. I take it there's a tool to take the clamp off without taking the hose off? Where can I get one of those. It looks like there's enough clampable area above it to add a worm wheel clamp without removing it...
